At G-Wolves Gaming, we want to ensure your gear meets your performance standards; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your hardware within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team via the portal with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product.
Verification & Approval
Our technical team will review your request and, upon approval, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your G-Wolves device in its original box, include all spare feet or cables, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
